  1.    If you desire a feeling for where this program fits into
  2. the general scheme of things please read ALP_INTR.TXT.  It
  3. was included on the ALPS Software Disks.
  4.    In running this program, you will first be asked for
  5. general project header information.  Then you will be asked
  6. for detailed information about your project, ie: department
  7. names and physical information about them.  You will need
  8. volume information by operation or department.  If you
  9. haven't developed flow intensity factors for all of your
  10. volume transport methods, you will be guided through this
  11. exercise.  Flow analysis then becomes essentially a trip
  12. analysis.  In addition to flow you will analyze other than
  13. flow reasons for operation pair closeness.  Your first line
  14. managers should be involved in this exercise.
  15.    Sample files have been included, for review of the reports
  16. available.  To view these files enter demo as project.
